The following measurements correspond to the shoe's inner sole.
The actual shoe has a bit more internal capacity, especially in length and front volume.

To choose your size correctly, measure your foot and add between:

  • 0.8 cm and 1.2 cm in length

  • Minimum 0.3 cm in width

This ensures freedom of movement and comfort in the toe area, according to the principles of barefoot footwear.
