Why is it important to know your foot width?

Barefoot brands typically design their shoes with wider lasts than conventional ones, but not all brands have the same width.

How do I know what type of foot I have?

To determine if you have narrow, medium, or wide feet, you need to measure:

• Length: from the heel to the longest toe.

• Width: the widest part of the forefoot (generally between the bones of the big toe and the little toe).
